Found a car on ENCAR or anywhere in Korea? Send us the link and we inspect it before any deposit moves — Korean performance report read in plain English, accident and flood history checked, VIN and mileage verified. You buy with eyes open.
Every Korean used car carries a Performance Inspection Report (성능점검기록부) — in Korean, full of terminology that is easy to misread. We translate it, then add our own physical checks so the verdict is honest, not just a translated sales sheet.
Accident & structural history. We read the Korean Performance Inspection Report and insurance records for frame repair, panel replacement, and prior collision damage that listings often soften.
Flood & fire signs. Korea has annual monsoon flooding. We check for water lines, corrosion under carpets, electrical tells, and mismatched interior trim that point to a rebuilt flood car.
VIN & engine number match. We confirm the VIN and engine number physically match the documents and the listing — a basic check that catches swapped parts and cloned identities.
Real mileage. We cross-check the odometer against the performance report, inspection stamps, and wear evidence to catch rollbacks before you wire money.
Condition photos. Exterior 4-side, interior, dashboard, engine bay, undercarriage, and any damage close-ups — the photos a listing leaves out.
Destination legality. LHD/RHD, emissions standard, age and mileage caps for your country (Kenya 8 years, Ghana 10, GCC varies) — checked before you commit.
Every inspection before payment can combine any of these checks. Tell us which matter most for your car and destination.
Pre-shipment inspection (Korea). A full pre-shipment inspection in Korea before the car is paid for and loaded — condition, documents and identity confirmed at source so nothing surprises you at the destination port.
Korean used car remote inspection. Can't fly to Korea? We act as your eyes on the ground with photos, video and a written report, so a remote buyer sees the same detail as someone standing next to the car. See our remote inspection guide.
ENCAR performance report check. We read the official Korean Performance Inspection Report (성능점검기록부) behind an ENCAR listing in full — not just the summary — and translate what it actually means for you.
Accident and flood history check. Insurance-based accident history, panel and structural repair, and flood/water-damage signs — the issues that most affect resale value and safety.
VIN and mileage verification. We verify the VIN matches the documents and confirm the real mileage against inspection records to catch odometer tampering.
Inspection before payment. Every check happens before you send money — an ACCEPT / REJECT recommendation you can act on, not a report you receive after it's too late.
Loading photos before shipment. Before the container is sealed we send loading photos and seal numbers, so you can confirm the exact car you approved is the one on the ship.
Free to ask. We reply within 24 hours during Korean business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm KST). We never share your contact information.
From a listing link to a clear ACCEPT or WALK-AWAY verdict — usually within 24 hours.
Paste the ENCAR or Korean listing URL, or just describe the make, model and year. Add your destination country so we check import legality too.
We translate and interpret the Korean Performance Inspection Report, pull accident/insurance history, verify the VIN, and sanity-check the price against the market — often same-day.
Where you want hands-on confirmation, we inspect the car in person — flood signs, real mileage, engine bay, undercarriage — with photos the listing never shows.
You get a written report: ACCEPT, renegotiate, or walk away — with reasons. If we can't recommend it, we say so and can suggest cleaner alternatives.
