This Privacy Policy explains how SH GLOBAL Co., Ltd. ("SH GLOBAL Auto", "we", "us") collects, uses, retains and protects the personal data of visitors and buyers who contact us through shglobalauto.com. We handle personal data in line with the Republic of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, for buyers in the EU/EEA and the UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Information we collect

We only collect the information you voluntarily provide through our inquiry and car-request forms:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone / WhatsApp / Telegram contact
• Country (and destination port, where provided)
• Vehicle interest, budget and any message you send us

We do not collect sensitive categories of data, and we do not require account registration.

2. How we use your information

Your data is used solely to: respond to your inquiry, prepare vehicle quotations and inspection information, arrange export documentation and shipping, and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

For individuals in the EU/EEA/UK, our legal basis for processing is (a) your consent when you submit a form, and (b) the steps necessary to respond to your request and enter into a possible contract of sale.

4. Data retention

We retain inquiry data only as long as necessary to serve you and to meet legal, tax and export-record obligations — generally up to 5 years for records connected to a completed export transaction, and up to 24 months for inquiries that do not result in a transaction, after which they are deleted.

5. Sharing & processors

We may share limited data with logistics, customs and payment partners strictly to fulfil your order, and with communication tools (WhatsApp, Telegram) that you choose to contact us through. These providers have their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and (for GDPR-covered users) data portability or objection to processing. To exercise any right, email [email protected].
