How is the dealer service different from the regular ENCAR buying agent?
The regular ENCAR buying agent at /buy-from-encar is built for an individual buying one car. The dealer service is built for volume: you tell us the models, year range, target budget and monthly quantity, and we work ENCAR continuously to find units that fit — verifying sellers, negotiating price, consolidating multiple cars per container, and handling all Korean Customs export documents. Per-unit terms improve with volume and repeat supply.
What volume do I need to qualify as a dealer account?
There is no hard minimum, but the service is designed around recurring demand — for example a dealer importing 3 to 10+ cars a month, or a fleet buyer placing batch orders. If you are buying a single car for personal use, /buy-from-encar is the right page. If you resell, run a lot, or supply a fleet, this dealer track gives you better per-unit terms, consolidation, and a single point of contact in Korea.
Do you verify ENCAR sellers before I commit money?
Yes. ENCAR carries both dealer and private-seller listings. For dealer accounts we verify the seller's business identity, confirm the car is genuinely available (listings sell fast), read the Korean Performance Inspection Report for accident, flood and structural history, and check the VIN and real mileage before any deposit is placed. Can you consolidate several ENCAR cars into one container?
Yes — this is core to the dealer service. We routinely combine 3 to 4 vehicles in a 40ft high-cube container, which is how we cut per-car ocean freight for dealers. For high-volume routes to ports with car terminals we also arrange RoRo. Each container ships with tamper-evident seal numbers and loading photos, and every car carries its own full document set.
What export documents do dealer shipments come with?
Every car — whether one unit or a full container — ships with the same 7-document set: Korean Customs export declaration filed under our seller ID 136-09-84466, vehicle de-registration certificate, original Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, packing list, Korean Performance Inspection Report, and container loading photos with seal numbers. See /proof for redacted real samples. Destination certificates (PVoC, SABER, SONCAP, EAEU SBKTS) are coordinated per shipment.
How do dealer payments and pricing work?
All payments go only to the SH GLOBAL Co., Ltd. corporate Korean bank account (Korean Business Registration 136-09-84466) — never personal accounts. Wire transfer in USD or KRW; L/C is available for large fleet orders. Per-unit sourcing terms improve with volume and repeat ordering, and container consolidation lowers per-car freight. Each batch comes with an itemized quote — no hidden markup.
Can I get repeat supply of the same models?
Yes. Many dealer accounts want a steady stream of specific models — Hyundai Porter II and Kia Bongo trucks, Hyundai Grandeur and Genesis sedans, Sorento and Santa Fe SUVs. Tell us your repeat list and target budget and we keep working ENCAR and our own inventory for matching units, sending them as they appear instead of you searching every time.
